Process-Oriented Coaching
GET CLARITY.
GET A FELT SENSE OF DIRECTION.
CONNECT TO THE DESIRE THAT MOVES YOU.
GAIN MOMENTUM TO TAKE YOUR NEXT STEPS.
What is it that you want to grow?
What is it that you want to change?
What is it that you want to discover?
What kind of threshold are you being asked to cross?
As a coach I accompany you in cultivating your desires, your dreams, and bringing your visions into reality.
I support you in connecting with your deeper resources, gaining clarity around your desires and goals, moving through resistance, and — most importantly — embodying the emerging potential available to you right now.
We can work in areas that concern your personal or professional life.
WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is a professional context for personal growth, integration, and transformation in areas that can concern both personal life and work issues. It is future focused and goal oriented.
COACHING IS A PROCESS, IT IS A JOURNEY OF DISCOVERY WHICH WE EMBARK ON TOGETHER.
You are the expert of your experience. As a coach I do not tell you what to do or how. Rather, I accompany you in determining your goals, gaining clarity and focus, creating momentum, and taking action towards their realization.
During our sessions I ask you questions, I help you notice your verbal and non-verbal responses, shifts in the quality of your energy, and I accompany you to give your own answers and decide the ways of moving forward on your own terms.
We work together so that you can use your time and your energy in the most desirable and optimal ways.
Using Process Oriented Coaching methods I am partnering with you to cultivate awareness of your potential, supporting your intellectual, emotional, and intuitive aspects. I facilitate your new insights, support your inner experience and accompany you in exploring and practicing new behaviors.

What People Are Saying
Over the last three years I have been supporting individuals from diverse professional backgrounds in personal and professional development.
This is what some of them said about our work together:
I believe that my clients have an innate wisdom that contains all the necessary information to shape the way forward. My role as a coach is to help my clients access that wisdom.
Along the way we might be examining mental constructs, inherited beliefs, old wounds or emotional patterns that are holding you back from the way you want to be living or working, and from what you want to accomplish.
During the sessions we work with process-oriented coaching methods to support you in getting in touch with your potential and dissolving unnecessary obstacles.
I support your inner experience, creating space for integration and for your intuition to emerge and guide you forward.
During our sessions I assist you to:
• identify you dreams, desires, and goals
• explore feelings and states that are related to your goals
• connect to the felt sense of what drives you, to the sources of your motivations
• identify what attitudes and steps are needed to reach those goals
• examine any barriers that may hold you back from taking those steps, including feelings, experiences, beliefs that might be stopping you from achieving what you want.
• reconnect to your creativity, to the poetry of life and its ever-changing process.
• develop methods and structure to accomplish what you want.
• explore your goals from different perspectives
• reflect upon the roles you are embodying in different environments.
• gain insight into the environments in which you live and work and the approaches needed for replenishing satisfaction in those environments
How is Coaching different from:
Therapy focuses on healing and integration of past experiences.
Coaching is future-oriented and focuses on supporting your potential, on taking action and realizing your objectives: both internal and external.
Mentoring provides guidance based on the mentor’s experience: a mentor imparts knowledge in a specific profession, helping others achieve what they have achieved in the way they achieved it.
Coaching is not linked to specialization in one particular field. A Coach will help you design your own path of growth and development, based on your unique set of values, skills and desires.
Consulting usually offers expertise-based solutions in a specific field. The role of a consultant is generally to provide advice to organisations in their area of specialisation whether it be taxation law, health and safety, human resources, digital marketing or technological systems design.
Coaching empowers you to access the place of your inner wisdom and act as an expert of your own life and experience. From there, during the coaching sessions you will design your own path for personal or professional development.
Training implies a transfer of a set of skills or information related to a given topic.
Coaching is a learning environment for your self-discovery and growth where you define your objectives and the ways to accomplish them.
A Coaching Session
A coaching session is structured as a conversation. It focuses on your desire to change certain aspects of your personal or professional life.
I ask you questions, and together we lean into what you think, feel and sense through your body, inviting subtle insights and intuitions to take place, as we go along the necessary steps to realize your objectives. During the sessions I support your inner experience so that you connect to your intuition, and for integration to take place.
I do not give you advice or tell you what to do. During coaching sessions you will be doing most of the talking, as you discover the way forward that feels authentic and makes sense to you.
Your body symptoms, your dreams, your momentary fascinations or disturbances can all be doors into less conscious parts of the process related to your inquiry and the goal you want to achieve. When your life energy starts to flow through those doors, and your attention spontaneously goes there - you can often discover important information related to your inquiry and the way ahead. Those less known parts of yourself usually reveal exactly what you need to transform in order to go forward. These “solutions” or insights from behind the “process doors” are often surprising and not what we initially think they would be.
How is Process Oriented Coaching different from other approaches?
Process-oriented coaching is a unique blend of methods that are aimed at realisation of concrete objectives while keeping track of what the unexpected and the subtle aspects of life have to contribute along the way.
The Process is a greater organizing principle that informs and underlies all life processes. This ever changing Process has wisdom, a greater meaning, and teaching. It is in constant communication with all life, and with us, as long as we tune into it.
Process-oriented coaching works with the deeper and more subtle aspects of your psyche. By supporting your inner experience, process-oriented coaching supports you to access your own inner knowing, and allows for integration to take place.
During the sessions, while working with coaching questions, we also register where your energy and attention flow spontaneously, what “flirts” with you, where are the resistances. We treat the disruptions and challenges not only as obstacles to be removed, but also as important indicators of what needs to be integrated or transmuted in order for the work we do together to lead to a true, sustainable transformation.
Process oriented means that we get a visceral understanding that whatever it is that we are doing, we co-create with LIFE, with the Process, the Tao. Process oriented coaching stems from the wisdom, methodology, experience and frameworks cultivated by Arnold Mindell, a visionary, Jungian psychologist, therapist, quantum physicist and creator of a psychological and awareness practice called Process Oriented Psychology, or Process Work.

The road is made by walking.
Walking you make the road,

you see the path you never
again will step upon…”

MEET YOUR GUIDE
My name is Agnieszka Kazimierska. Aga.
I was born in Poland and work at the intersection of psychology, coaching, and the performing arts. I am a Process-Oriented Coach and psychologist, actress, vocal practitioner, and performing arts pedagogue.
I have always been interested in what helps us come more fully into contact with ourselves and with this mysterious living flame within—with what we know, what we feel, what we desire, and what is trying to emerge through us. I am fascinated by indigenous ways of knowing and by ways of honoring our sentient human nature as deeply creative, relational, and resourceful.
My path has moved through psychology, Process Work, coaching, and many years of artistic practice. For me, these worlds are connected by a common thread: deep listening, presence, curiosity, and a willingness to discover what becomes possible when we pay attention to what is already alive within.
Before becoming a coach, I spent many years working as an actress and singer. From 2007 to 2021, I created, worked, and performed internationally as a member of the Workcenter of Jerzy Grotowski and Thomas Richards, the theatre research group founded by Jerzy Grotowski.
Working in theatre profoundly shaped the way I experience people and the world. It taught me to listen beyond words, to notice subtle shifts, to trust embodied experience, and to stay present with what is not yet fully known. It taught me that something meaningful can emerge when we create the right conditions for it, rather than trying to force an outcome.
This understanding is at the heart of how I accompany people in coaching.
I don't see myself as an expert who has the answers to your life. I see myself as someone who can walk alongside you, listen carefully, ask questions, notice what might otherwise go unnoticed, and help create the space in which your own knowing can emerge and become clearer.
I bring to this work my training in psychology, Process Work, and coaching, together with my experience of voice, movement, theatre, embodiment, and creative practice. I also bring the perspective of someone who has lived through many transitions, taken risks, followed unexpected paths, and experienced the uncertainty—and richness—of not always knowing what comes next.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Gdańsk, am a certified Process-Oriented Coach through the Global Coaching Institute, and hold a Certificate in Process Work (Process-Oriented Psychology) from the Process Work Institute in Portland, Oregon.
Alongside coaching, I continue to work as an artist, creating and performing interdisciplinary theatre and leading workshops and experiential encounters exploring acting, singing, movement, and human encounter.
I work primarily with individual clients online.
Perhaps most simply: I offer a space in which you don't have to arrive already knowing the answer. We can listen together for what is asking to emerge, and find a way forward from there.
