Creative 1:1 Sessions
Performing arts practices and process-oriented psychology to enrich your creative process
A series of 6 sessions online
This is a personalized space where you can nourish and develop your artistry, using your sentient body as a vessel, your mind as a guide, and your heart as the compass for your expression.
During these sessions I work as a mentor and companion of your creative process. I can assist you in growing your art project, creating your original performance, or developing your own expressive language in the field of your choice. If you are an experienced performer, I can support you in deepening into your craft.
Throughout our meetings, you will engage in performing arts practices and process-oriented psychology explorations with the intention of enriching your creative process. Our sessions might include work with movement, voice, embodied imagery, guided meditations, real-time writing and drawing exercises. For actors, vocal and movement artists - we can work on intentions, organicity of behaviour, character work, scene analysis, performance structure. For singers - exploring diverse qualities and organicity of the voice, focus on ease and playfulness in singing, rooting the voice in the body experience, and working with personal associations and memories.
Creative 1:1 Sessions are for anyone who wants to deepen their creativity, start or develop a creative project, looks for new inspirations, desires some help in overcoming creative obstacles, needs some order, or seeks companionship and a safe space to grow their project. You are welcome to Creative 1:1 Sessions no matter what creative field you are working in.
During the 30-minute introductory session we will meet and talk. You will tell me what kind of support you are looking for, and I’ll propose to you tools and trajectories we can embark on together. Then we will determine the format and content of our sessions.
This creative space is for both performers and non-performers.
This creative space is for anyone wanting to cultivate their creative flame, grow their creative seeds, develop their art project.
“We are all channels of creative, divine life energy. You step onto the way of the artist the moment you enter the sanctuary of creative space and attune to the Creative Process that wants to be born through you.”

3 AREAS OF FOCUS:
I. PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT
II. PERFORMANCE PRACTICE for performers
III. CREATIVE SPACE for non-performers
I. PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT
Develop your creative work in the interdisciplinary field of performing arts. Work with singing, acting, and movement. Discover your own language of artistic expression.
Whether a seasoned performer or a beginning one - this is a space for you to develop your scene or a whole original performance, finding or refining your own creative style.
II. PERFORMANCE PRACTICE for performers
Refine your practice as a performer. Nurture your relationship to your craft as an actress/actor, dancer, mover, singer.
Sometimes professional contexts do not provide enough support to actually keep developing your skills and enriching your work. This can result in feelings of dryness, frustration or growing resistance to your craft.
This individual space is for you to help you regenerate as a performer, nourish your practice, explore new territories, and focus on certain aspects of your craft that you would like to refine.
Using performing arts practices and elements of process-oriented coaching, together we will discover what is it you need and make sure we give you exactly that.
III. CREATIVE SPACE for non-performers
Dive into a wealth of creative tools that include working with sound, movement and word to enhance your creativity in other disciplines: writing, drawing, design, etc.
Nourishing your creative process will include explorations of the sentient language of your body (feelings, sensations, intuitions), and connecting with your imaginary worlds.
We will use guided meditations (with movement and sound) as springboards for creation. We will also work with what spontaneously attracts you or repels you as doorways to the creative process. We will investigate your experiences and then bring the discoveries to the art medium you choose to work with.
“I see Creative Process as venturing into the unknown, finding golden seeds and growing them into a “creation”.
The creative impulse is always coming not only to manifest something through us, but also to teach us something. At times in that teaching there is gold - a medicine of the creative process.
Each one of us goes on a journey of discovering their own array of personal medicine and creative tools.
During individual sessions I accompany you on this journey.”

APPROACH
My approach is interdisciplinary and is based on an in-depth knowledge of performing practices with years of investigation, studies and professional work as a performer, as well as a longstanding practice of process-oriented psychology.
I integrate tools from the fields of performing arts (theater, singing, movement), psychology (process-oriented psychology), coaching and somatic practices.
My work is strongly influenced by the dedication to the totality of the Human, and our sentient nature. In my practice, I work with the emergence of personal and creative processes: respecting and including unexpected signals and internal and external “events” that arise in the course of our work.

SOME CREATIVE PRINCIPLES I INVITE YOU TO WORK ALONG:
AUTHENTICITY - something that is effortless and feels truly yours
PLAYFULNESS - there is fun, lightness, curiosity, a kind of playful detachment
PLEASURE - it feels good and it feels easy. Creating feels like home.
ENERGY - registering where your energy is manifesting and available at the moment. If it’s stuck - we will work with the stuckness.
EMERGENCE - working towards where you want to go with what is present now. Letting go of unrealistic expectations. Threading the creative process step by step.
SENTIENT BODY - rooting into Presence through somatic work, working with Sentient Voice and movement
INTEGRATION - integrating obstacles, difficult or unwanted emotions, resistances that appear on the way, and! embracing your superpowers.
IMPORTANT TO MENTION
In all my spaces I am committed to supporting individuals in cultivating their inner knowing, their intuition, their sovereignty, their own authority. That’s where healthy creativity lives. That’s where lands of creative abundance are. That’s where you can flow. - That’s what I believe:)
For me health and creativity walk side by side. Restoration of a closer relationship with oneself goes together with reaching more pools of creative vital force. Creative force is a life force. And it lives through the body. This is why during some of our sessions we will take time to root into the body and its capacity to feel.
Resistances are a natural part of a creative process. They can be overcome. It’s better not to push through them. I’m here to hold the space for you when things flow, and when resistances come. They often hold some helpful keys relevant to the creation you are growing.
